As the holiday season approaches and all of those lovely goodies are being stocked up in the supermarkets ready for you to eat….. the thought must be looming in your mind “gosh I haven’t lost the weight I wanted to and now I’m going to gain more over Christmas”.
I don’t want to be in the photos and I just know I will go for that extra helping of fruit cake, trifle, shortbread biscuits and maybe wash it all down with another glass of bubbly or beer.
Never mind – After Christmas I will make a New Years Resolution and I’ll work it off; I won’t eat carbs and I’ll cut out alcohol….. Whilst deep down inside of you and at the back of your mind, you know you are but kidding yourself once more.

Yep, been there, done that – I made many promises for years and never kept one.
But once I stopped using these methods, the weight literally fell off of me without the use of starvation or stopping myself eating and drinking whatever I wanted.
And, by the way – I don’t use any fad anything. I just get on with my day.
